FluoroFusion Conditional Rezoning 2024-140-CZM
Request:
Request to rezone approximatively 3.88 acres of land from the Heavy Industrial (HID) to the Conditional Industrial (CZI) zoning district. This is a Type 3 Conditional Rezoning with a Concept Plan. The Concept Plan includes two buildings to be constructed in two phases and features a 100-foot distillation tower, which exceeds the maximum permitted height of 60 feet in the district, as specified in UDO Section 3.2.6. The proposed use is Heavy Manufacturing, as defined in UDO Section 4.3.82.
